We answer every message, usually within two business days.
Need a human? Email contact@aim2futur.fr and tell us what you were doing and what happened. If it is about a subscription, mention whether you subscribed on the iPhone app or on the web — it changes where the fix lives.
Getting started
Add what you study. Create your subjects and topics as you go — a chapter, a lecture, a deck. aim2futur has no fixed curriculum: whatever you type in is what it plans.
Tell it when you can work. Set your study hours, days off and exam dates. The planner only ever schedules inside the time you actually have.
Follow today’s list. Each review is placed on the day it does the most good. Tick things off; if a day slips, the plan reshuffles instead of piling up.
Subscriptions and billing
One subscription unlocks the whole app, on every device you sign in to — the iPhone app and the web app share the same account.
Subscribed on iPhone (App Store). Manage or cancel it in the Settings app: your name → Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Changed device or reinstalled? Open Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Subscribed on the web (card). Manage or cancel it from the billing link in your confirmation email, or write to us and we will handle it.
Free trial. The monthly plan starts with one week free. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged.
Premium not showing up? Sign out and back in — that refreshes your access. If it still does not appear, email us with the address on your account.
Account and data
Change your password. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen; the reset link arrives by email.
Export or delete. You can delete your account and all synced data from the app (Profile → Delete my account and data) or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent.
Privacy. No ads, no third-party analytics, EU servers. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Something looks wrong
Send us the device and app version (Profile screen), what you expected, and what you saw. A screenshot helps enormously. If a plan looks off, tell us the date and the subject — we can reproduce it from there.
