Privacy policy

This page describes the only processing of personal data carried out by this site: the quote request form. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers.

Data collected and purpose

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name and email address (required) and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, project type and description. This information is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare your quote. It is never shared, rented or sold, and is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

The request IP address is used transiently, in memory only, to limit abusive submissions. It is neither logged nor retained by us.

Legal bases

Handling your enquiry relies on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). Subsequent retention for evidential and commercial follow-up purposes relies on Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in keeping a record of our exchanges); you may object at any time.

Retention

Your data is kept for three years from our last contact. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, it is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for ten years under French accounting obligations (Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code).

Recipients and processors

Your data is passed to two technical providers acting as processors:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivery of the quote request message. Data hosted in the European Union.
• Vercel Inc.(United States) — hosting of the site and execution of the function that processes the form. This transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU—US Data Privacy Framework.

The message concerning you is then received and read in a mailbox operated by Google (Gmail / Google Workspace), which may likewise be located outside the European Union under the same safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to alex@aim2futur.fr or by post to Aim2Futur — Alexandre Doumergue, 15 rue Sainte-Catherine, 69001 Lyon, France. You will receive a reply within one month.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies requiring consent. Only your browser's session storage is used, to avoid replaying the opening animation on every page — it holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
